He definitely defended their use of Covid era barriers, but what about their customer service? I would venture to say that if I was promptly and courteously greeted I would see past their antiquated barriers

Here at Legacy Trucks, we value our customers by providing them not only with the information needed to stay safe on the road but also with in-person support at one of our many Legacy Truck Customer Service Emergency Waiting Rooms.

The threat of COVID-19 remains prevalent, along with Bird Influenza and the common cold. We value not only our younger, energetic, and motivated blogging customer base but also our loyal, longtime customers who may now be older and more vulnerable. This commitment has guided us in setting safety standards to protect everyone.

We are disheartened if, during your last visit to Legacy Trucks, you felt left out or overlooked due to these decisions. We sincerely apologize and want to reassure you that we value your business, just as we value all our customers, vendors, and the dedicated team members who rely on us to be a beacon for future generations of truck owners.

If you wrote that yourself, you pretty much proved his point in the first place. I’m not his generation and I could write the same stuff about Legacy restaurants, Legacy communication companies, etc., etc., ad infinitum. so please don’t make it sound like you are caring for your boomer parents (or grandparents). We need you to do better.
