Your weekly newsletter updates are brilliantly written. Thought provoking, pithy, and a pleasure to read. I share them with my office manager for ideas for my company. And your latest on the dangers of inheritance hits the nail on the head. As a probate/estate planning and litigation attorney, I’ve seen exactly the scenarios you describe, and have seen sizeable inheritances squandered quickly by those who didn’t have to earn them. Can we get you as a presenter for Modesto Rotary some Tuesday when you’re available?
William, thank you for the kind words! If there is anything I could offer the club, I'd be glad to do so. Not quite sure what that would be, but perhaps we can discuss!
William, I actually have a post drafted about EOS and how one might implement it in their business. A great resource is the EOS website (https://www.eosworldwide.com/) I also know two EOS "coaches" if you're interested. They usually do free discovery calls that can be helpful. As far as kbCRATE, I'm remaining as the Traction "Visionary" and the leadership team, led by Jake Shuman, will be fully taking the day-to-day reigns. They're ready!

Thank you, Rick. Hope you are well!
Can you talk a little more about EOS? Also, what will become of kbCRATE? Best of luck.

Any E.O.S book recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
Keep posting, I like keeping up.
This one! Buy it on audible with the company card. In fact, going to offer that up to the entire team on Monday. https://www.amazon.com/What-Heck-EOS-Employees-Companies/dp/194464881X
